Interested participants can register for the USAfrica business expo through a 3-step process: ------------------------- i. Visit the ticket page https://www.usafricabusinessexpo.com/ticket/ ------------------------- ii. Choose a suitable ticket package ------------------------- iii. Complete the registration form and make payment ------------------------- An invoice will be sent to the email provided during ticket purchase, which should be kept securely as proof of payment in the event of a refund or transfer (see Refund Policy).

Upon completion of registration, participants who require a visa to attend the event will be given a support letter to facilitate the visa application process.

The support letter will be issued within three business days and include all necessary details regarding the event, including date, location, and purpose. Once ready, this letter will be sent to the participant via email or the participant’s preferred medium.

If the attendee's visa application is denied, they can transfer their tickets to our next event. However, if they'd rather have a refund, a 70% refund for the ticket package purchased will be issued, with 30% withheld as an administrative fee, including transaction or transfer charges.

Participants requesting a refund must submit a written request to the USAfricaTrade and Business Network and provide proof of visa denial and any other supporting documentation before the refund is processed.

Once the refund has been approved, the payment will be made to the participant via the same payment method used during registration.
