Connecting Africa and the United States to opportunities globally

The Annual USAfrica Business Expo was established in 2019 to promote and strengthen international trade and investment between the US, and Africa by connecting U.S. and African organizations and businesses with new buyers, suppliers, and investment opportunities.

This event, therefore, helps contribute towards realizing and maximizing US trade policies such as AGOA and Prosper Africa while also helping fulfill the UN’s SDG 17, and AU Agenda 2063 Goals.

With entrepreneurs, investors, business, political and diplomatic leaders from Africa’s 54 member states attending under the theme “Advancing International Trade through Export and Prosper for African SME’s and MWBEs”, this Expo offers new connections, partnerships, immeasurable brand exposure, on-the-spot deals, collaborations, and sales. The event will expose companies to trade and business opportunities and meet directly with potential clients in strategic market segments.

Developing US-Africa Economic Ties

In collaboration with the relevant U.S and African partners, this event is hosted by the USAfrica Trade and Business Network, Inc., a New York state-qualified 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization working to boost trade and investment between the United States and Africa.

We help businesses navigate and expand into international markets by developing trade policies, negotiating market access, and  hosting trade shows, trade missions, and B2B Networking events.

We have hosted multiple events for over six years to connect organizations and businesses with new buyers, suppliers, and investment opportunities. Many connections at these events have led to long-term relationships and strategic partnerships.

The USAfrica Business Expo, therefore, has been created as an effective platform to help African businesses find US markets for their export-ready products through the maximization of US trade policies such as AGOA and Prosper Africa while also helping fulfill the UN’s SDG 17 Trade Goal. This Expo brings the opportunities in Africa, to be precise and the U.S together – enabling any business to find the people, funding, and market it needs to be successful.
